I’ve ordered flowers from here multiple times.. I don’t know about the other reviews but I’ve never dealt with an issue here. I noticed a few reviews complaining about late deliveries and I believe they may have had unrealistic timetables. I called for Valentine’s Day and they politely explained that all their delivery trucks were already on the road and weren’t able to guarantee a timeframe for me which I respect. On a day like Valentine’s Day where they’re delivering 200-300+ minimum how can I expect them to work on my schedule? Ultimately I had to find another store which I actually reviewed a bit earlier which I was disappointed in.The owners and staff at Paradise are top notch. A lot of posters who mentioned their deliveries were late conveniently left out when they ordered their flowers. If you’re looking for a business that’ll work with you and really capture the moment and know what they’re doing. It’s here.
